Astoria Media Group's "Abilene Did You Know" Website Giveaway
Contest Rules:

1. Eligibility:
This contest is open exclusively to local businesses based in Abilene.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and must own or represent the business entering the contest.
The business must not already have a domain or website associated with Astoria Media Group.

2. Prize Details:
The winner will receive a free website valued at $500, including design and development for four pages: Home, Products/Services, About, and Contact.
Additionally, the winner will receive one year of basic hosting from Astoria Media Group, with a value of $500.
Total prize value: $1,000.

3. Entry Process:
Entrants must schedule a meeting with Astoria Media Group before the end of April 2024.
Scheduling must be done through the provided link: Schedule Meeting
During the scheduling process, participants must include “Abilene Did You Know” in the additional information section to validate entry.

4. Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected through a random drawing taking place on May 1, 2024.
The drawing will include all eligible businesses that have completed the entry process.
The winner will be announced immediately following the drawing and will be notified through the contact information provided during the meeting scheduling.

5. Conditions:
The prize must be claimed by the winning business within 14 days of the announcement.
Failure to claim the prize within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
The website must be a new domain, not previously hosted or developed by Astoria Media Group or any other provider.
By entering the contest, participants agree to have their business name and website showcased in promotional materials by Astoria Media Group.

6. General:
This contest is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by any social media platforms or any other entities other than Astoria Media Group.
Astoria Media Group reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest for any reason without prior notice.
By participating in the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Astoria Media Group, which shall be final in all respects.

7. Privacy:
Personal information collected from participants will only be used for the purpose of administering this contest and as specified in Astoria Media Group's privacy policy.
