"In the Garage" Podcast Giveaway Rules and Regulations

  1. Eligibility: Open to listeners 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Astoria Media Group, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household as employees are not eligible.

  2. How to Enter: Participants must listen for the "secret word" in the "In the Garage" podcast episode and enter it at astoriamediagroup.com/itgprize. Entries are limited to the first correct submission.

  3. Entry Period: Entries must be submitted within 72 hours following the release of the podcast episode. Entries outside this period will not be considered.

  4. Prize Collection: Prizes must be collected in person in Abilene, Texas within 7 days of winning notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

  5. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via the provided information. If unreachable within 7 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.

  6. Prize: The prize will be announced in each podcast episode. It is non-transferable with no cash or other substitutions, except at the discretion of the sponsor.

  7. Liability: By entering, participants release Astoria Media Group and related entities from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

  8. Sponsor: The sponsor varies weekly and is responsible for prize provision and quality. Astoria Media Group is not responsible for the actions of the sponsor.

  9. Agreement to Rules: Participation indicates agreement to these rules and eligibility requirements. Decisions by Astoria Media Group are final and binding.

  10. Privacy Policy: Entry information is subject to Astoria Media Group's Privacy Policy.
